Outfit for those chilly days of summer

Hey guys! 
Here's an outfit for those chilly days of summer. I paired up a pair of high waist-ed shorts from American Apparel  with a striped mid length sleeve top from forever 21. I also added a gold metal collar as a statement piece to balance out the basic colors of the overall look. Since it is summer,carrying around a pair of shades is essential- to both protect your eyes from harmful UV lights and to act as an extra accessory piece on days when you feel under-dressed. This outfit gives off a casual vibe so it is perfect to wear to the park or on a hangout with friends.
